How much bills will be depends on how much you use, which in turn depends on how cold winter is & how you pay (monthly direct debit, online accounts & cheaper tariffs save a considerable amount). Electricity costs for student lets tend to be higher than for family homes because more lights, computers, hifis etc ar tend to be used. The best way to compare the cost & warmth for different properties is to look at the Energy Performance Certificates (available on request). This house has cavity wall insulation, is fully double glazed, has maximum efficient loft insulation & gas central heating with an efficient boiler.
